Mac & Cheese

So, a few days ago I was making mac & cheese for my little ones, and too late I realized that I did not have a key ingredient, milk, to finish making it.  Trying desperately to think of a milk substitute, I remembered the unopened creamers sitting in my car from that morning's McDonald's drive-thru.  It was cold out, so the creamers were refrigerator temperature.  I am not proud of this, but I used the creamers in the mac & cheese.  I'm not going to win mother of the year for that one, but the kids never noticed the difference and I was spared from having to start over and make more lunches!
